"I was very pleased that they upgraded me to an ocean front room! Zyanya and Samantha with Expedia at Sandos Playcar Resort were OUT OF THIS WORLD good! Their customer service was the best I ever received and I hope their manager sees this and knows how lucky the resort is to have them both working there.
