“We stayed at Casita Maya for our first ever trip to Mexico and we had a fantastic time here! It really felt like staying with fun friends. Very relaxed energy, very beautiful space. Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y están diseñadas para que uno pueda acomodar sus cosas y estar a gusto. La cocina está bien equipada y el refri enfría de maravilla. Es sencillo caminar a restaurantes cercanos. La alberca está hermosa y el acceso al mar es un gran plus, si se meten a nadar podrán ver muchos peces y otras sorpresas marinas. El servicio es excelente, 100% recomendable.”

“El problema está en la limpieza, nos tocaron toallas ya viejas, olían feo, el baño estaba tapado, la regadera igual, las cobijas de las camas sucias, la verdad mal para ir en cuestión de vacaciones, como parte de chamba para ir por una noche tal vez y aún así estaría de pensarse. Eso sí la alberca limpia al igual que el espacio de los camastros”

“We both got terrible food poisoning from the restaurant. I spent 4 days in bed, couldn’t eat. Hotel staff said ‘that doesn’t happen here’ and offered no support. I’ve travelled to >30 countries without getting food poisoning. My husband, who got it a few days later than I did, is a doctor. We did not eat off of the resort. Otherwise it would have been great, but it turned out to be a huge waste of money, with no refund offered.”
