“From check in to check out this was a spectacular experience. Miguel was at the desk when we got there. He was speedy checking us in and didn't make us wait until 3 because our room was ready. We had a 2 bed with private bathroom and it was very spacious. The showers were excellent. High pressure and always hot. Seeing the turtles walk around the lobby was a cute touch. In the morning we would go upstairs and have free coffee and sit on the terrace. It's such an old school feel, like you are in……

Daniel is the MVP! He was always joking with my husband and was very quick to help with anything we needed throughout our stay, like numerous taxis and answering many questions. He’s also an excellent chef. We loved having our meals out by the pool, in fact we ordered breakfast here every morning. House keeping……

“El problema está en la limpieza, nos tocaron toallas ya viejas, olían feo, el baño estaba tapado, la regadera igual, las cobijas de las camas sucias, la verdad mal para ir en cuestión de vacaciones, como parte de chamba para ir por una noche tal vez y aún así estaría de pensarse. Eso sí la alberca limpia al igual que el espacio de los camastros”

“I've stayed at various places in Cozumel over the years, but this one was the best in terms of location and value. It's just a short walk to the taxi stand and to the city center. The hotel gardens were well-kept and added a relaxed atmosphere to my stay. The room was clean and well appointed with daily housekeeping. Coffee and sweetbreads made the mornings nice. Diego and Antonio of the front desk helped with my stay and were very attentive. Overall, a great place to stay. Looking……
