We stayed at La Pasion 5 years ago. We loved the staff and the breakfast also that it wasn’t far or near the touristic avenue. This time we we’re disappointed the towels were stained, cleaned but stained, same with the bed sheets, the elevator didn’t work, breakfast wasn’t great as last time it was half of it, it seems like they are not taking care of the amenities, we had an issue with the safe and there was nobody to help us till the next day. So only the manager would help us during the day. That caused a hardship because we didn’t have enough money to pay for our tours so we had to pay with card and they charged us more. Bottom line I wouldn’t stay there again. Not recommended

The only negative thing was not that amazing hotel fault was the Playa del Carmen Feria was so noisy but amazing hotel and very friendly staff !! Thank you

This is a great little lower budget hotel in the perfect location! A few block from 5th Ave and directly across from an amazing park with performances and vendors set up on the weekends. Loved the Mexican charm decor. The rooftop bar and pool were delightful. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast spot is also the best place for sangria in town. Only downside, no outlets to charge phones/iPads etc. (had to take turns charging in the bathroom) Overall would stay here again.

This property is amazing. Very easy on the pockets and well worth staying. They have 3 AMAZING, CLEAN POOLS. Not to mention a roof top pool and bar 😊 the rooms are so CUTE!!!!!! It’s a place definitely for the lovers. This is my second visit. Will be back next year!

Beautiful hotel. The elevator was broken during our stay and this hotel has lots of stairs. Climbing stairs during a heat wave was difficult for us seniors.
