"The hotel is very outdated. I’ve seen better motels. Visible dust on the carpets. Mold on the shower tile. Rooms smell moldy and dusty. The slide door to the balcony did not lock. "

"The hotel was great! Great location to walk around downtown Phoenix. The pool was basic but worked. 95% of the staff were great, especially the bar staff. There was one staff member that made a derogatory comment to my friends. They were taken aback & didn’t tell me until afterwards so I was unable to address it while on property. Other than this incident, I would stay here again. "

"The lobby floors are cracked, looks nothing like picture. Rooms are worse. They smell horrible, the carpets were wet and the shower did not work. Do not stay here. Severe misrepresentation of what you are getting. "
