"Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...

"It was a great stay for a great event.the accomodations were perfect for the 2 of us very close to events and to food and granddaughters apartment.the only downside was there were wind chimes that were a little too noisy and stone sidewalk a little bit difficult to walk on"

"This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge."

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying at this vrbo! It was very clean. Only complaint is that it’s next to an event/wedding venue center so it was loud that night and all the parking was taken in front of the vrbo. Reserved parking would be great."

This Wheat Ridge home was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and experience while we were there. AirSimplicity is amazing !"

"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "This was the perfect place to stay for two. Very serene, clean and not far from Red Rocks Amphitheater."

"Not a bad place. Would have probably not stayed here if the listing did not say they had a hot tube. When we got there there was not a hot tub. Owner did correct the listing. I would have like the rules to this property before the time to get refunded. And only other issue was the a/c control was upstairs with the owner. But I would have to say overall not a bad spot. "We loved staying here! Right in the heart of beautiful Denver… The property was spotless, the amenities were top notch and most importantly the bed was so comfortable! The worst part of the entire stay was parking but around the corner thankfully we found a parking garage because it is a busy street! There are delicious restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The people in the surrounding community are so friendly and allows you to pet their dogs which makes being away from mine...
