“We’ve traveled to the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area several times over the years for fall golf and winery/brewery visits. This was our first time staying at the Carriage House. The property appeared relatively new. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Three large TV’s in the living area and in each of the two bedrooms were a definite plus. The beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal for us as we enjoy going into both Harbor Springs and Petoskey to hit some of our favorite spots.……

“Great location. Spacious. Bathtub drain took 3 hours to drain; needs to be fixed. Kitchen has nice dishes, but minimal pots & pans; needs at least 2 covered saucepans and a large frying pan. Otherwise, very nice; would recommend it to others.”
