“Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot. Another irritation is that even after going through……

“Absolutely horrible. Filthy with roaches both dead and alive. Place looks nothing like the photos, it’s run down, dirty and disgusting. Thankfully we were reimbursed our money from VRBO.”

“I was disappointed staying here. It absolutely did not sleep more than maybe 3 people. The bathroom was dirty. This is as bare bones as you can get- no amenities, no shampoo, or lotion or anything in the bathroom, no coffee or anything in the kitchen. The pool was ok, but the neighbors weren't kid friendly. I didn't feel super safe here. Wouldn't come back. ”

“Overall, this place was a great place to stay at. If you need anything, Ken will take care of you. But I had few issues with the thermostat because it keeped dropping out.The bathroom fan was so dirty that it couldn't even suck air out of the bathroom.I noticed that the furnace filter was very dirty as well, starving the furnace of clean air.”

“Check-in and communication with the host was good, location was great, there is no dedicated on-site parking… it’s street parking. However the power in our VRBO was not working and it took over 4 hours to get it situated. We had to wait 4 hours, get ready in the dark for our event only to find out they had another VRBO in the complex we were staying at… So instead of just moving us to that one they made us wait until the last possible second and switched us. We understand this is a business but……

“What great unit!! The property was extremely well kept and very peaceful. The owner messaged upon arrival and after a few days making sure everything was in order. The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was very refreshing. ”

“Host had good communication and room was very clean. The one downside was parking I would say it would be very good for someone who is using an uber but if you bring your own car it’s very hard to find parking especially at night. ”
