Everett Condominium Resorts to Rent

"Great place! Close to lots of good places and amazing friendly staff."

"Such a beautiful hotel, clean and convenient to everything."

"Several items were broken, damaged, or in disrepair upon arrival. An elevator alarm was ringing for at least 16 hours before being resolved late at night. Check in and check out process needs to be more clear and streamlined."

"Victrola and vinyl in the room!"

"Apartment was very comfortable and clean, location was not ideal as its surroundings are not appealing. It’s located in an area that has a lot of construction and no parking available for any visitors. There were no pictures of the apartment complex online, had I seen those I’m not sure I would have rented the apartment but once I saw the interior I was ok with it. The staff was very helpful when I called and promptly took care of the minor concerns I had."

"We enjoyed our stay in Everett. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and the only small problem we had with a lock was quickly handled by the landlord. We enjoyed the area and tried several restaurants a quick walk away."

"Beautiful and clean. Very friendly and helpful host. If ever in the area would definitely choose this lovely home first!"

"great location with everything about 15 to 20 minutes away."

"House was clean and comfortable, area had a convenient store nearby and local restaurants to eat. We had a great stay."

"Everything was great for our 2-night stay with 3 adults/3 kids!"

"We had a great stay in Boston! The property met all of our needs. Communication was great, bit before and during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Awesome location for taking the subway into Boston and getting to the airport. The place was clean and communication with the host was great. The futons were smaller than expected and would work as beds for kids but not for adults. Otherwise, everything was great and we had a good stay in Boston."

"We stayed here for my brother’s MIT graduation, and I cannot say enough good things about this stunning property. Finding a home that comfortably fits the whole family can be a challenge, but this place was absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous, incredibly spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. Being so close to Cambridge made our commute to the commencement events stress-free. If you’re looking for a beautiful, high-end spot for a family gathering, look no further. Five stars...

"We were very excited to stay at this property with my mother and her 2 dogs. My husband is allergic, so the dual homes side by side seemed perfect - and with 2 medium-large dogs, 2 fenced backyard areas was perfect in the Boston area. Unfortunately, though the owner was aware we were bringing dogs, he failed to mention that "fenced" actually meant fenced just in 3 sides, not fully fenced. Moreover, the 2nd "yard" measures about 4x4 ft or so - also not fully enclosed. The photos were...

"This apartment has everything you need for a multiple stay; it is comfortable and provides parking. A car is definitely needed for access to the city or to the T. (We parked our car at the Wellington station during the day and used the subway for all our outings.) This is hard to know before booking since the exact address is unknown until after you’ve booked. The bedroom is on the street side and it is fairly noisy at night. Once you know all this and have figured out a way to organize your...

"PLUS: clean, convenient, competitively priced, WIFI, smart TV, assigned parking space NEGATIVE: owner failed to provide password for building entry, faulty heat for duration of stay, lack of and miscommunication w/agent (Carlos) regarding issues, limited hot water, washer leaks fabric softener, noisy environment (construction)"

"Great staff really nice and welcoming, clean room, breakfast was good, good parking space"
