“It was the worst experience in my life. I could survive the absence of a lift and climb with my luggage on the 3rd floor through the steep steps but I was shocked when I saw the apartment. It looked like a shelter for the homeless. Very shabby, unclean. The bathroom is in terrible condition. The stove in the kithen is very old and dirty. It was not possible even to make tea. No kettle, no pan to boil water, only old cracky frying pans. Anyway it was impossible to eat anything in this apartment……

“The location of the property was just what was offered perfect for everything. The location was centrally located for everything. The elevator was not announced in the advertisement except for the day of check-in. We were told the elevator sometime worked. Sometimes doesn't that was accurate. We had 2 luggage 2. Carry on bags, 2 dogs, a carriage and had to walk 8 floors up. It should be announced in the advertisement that has a sometimes elevator it's important for someone that may have trouble……

“Host was quick to respond and the place was as advertised. This place is located in a great location to be around the north end. Only downside was I couldn't get the heat in the unit above 65 degrees. I would book again if I am in the area. ”

“The apartment was on the 5th floor with a spiral staircase. The elevator only worked one time going up and once going down. One in our party had a bad knee and one has poor eyesight! I was NOT MADE AWARE of the elevator issues until shortly before checkin. (The certificate in the elevator indicated it was about a year overdue for inspection. The location was very good and the place was clean and good for three people. The kitchen had few dishes, etc. but we didn't really need them. The bathrooms……

“Reasonably priced property with lots of space near public transportation and with on-site parking. Worked perfect for what we needed! Caution that two bedrooms are up a very narrow spiral stair if that causes mobility issues for anyone. Was fine for us.”

“Room did the job, unfortunately the lights in both bedrooms did not work. Be aware images may not match the room you receive. Multiple stains on the couch, that are questionable at best. Won’t stay again, but we made it work.”

“Pros: Location is very central in Boston. 10 minute away from major transit station. Host is very communicative and fast with responses. Large room and comfortable bed. Basics were provided such as shampoo conditioner body wash and paper towel and toilet paper. Maintenance people were very friendly and kind. Cons: Breaker would trip occasionally and you weren't able to run both ACs at the same time. Toilet needed to long press to flush properly. Check in information wasn't completely accurate……
