"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived; the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. They also offer plenty of convenient parking. The room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit. Very satisfied with the overall experience!"

"We had two rooms. The floor in one of the rooms was slimy and dirty. A bed cover was stained and had mildew. The bathroom window operator was broken. The sink was clogged. The bath shower tiles are slippery. The ceiling of the other room has open ceiling tiles, which allowed us to hear all the noise from near rooms. Besides, it may allow easy access of insects or mice to the room."

"Saludos El hotel no estaba mal en cuestión al servicio al cliente que fue excelente por la joven que nos recibió, su decoración estaba muy bonita , pero las facilidades dentro del cuarto no eran las adecuadas, primero los olores eran fuertes, al parecer las alfombras tenían un mal olor, el calentador agua nunca funcionó, las camas se sentía los alambres. De mi parte no vuelvo."
