“Siamo stati molto bene! Pulizia della stanza, cortesia di tutto il personale, colazione ricca, un bellissimo e discreto posto nel verde in una posizione strategia che ci ha consentito di visitare Padova, Venezia, le Ville della zona e fare un salto anche al castello di Miramare di Trieste. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la Spa molto gradevole opzionata esclusivamente per noi per trascorrere un pomeriggio di relax con amici che ci hanno raggiunti per una notte nella struttura. Si può sicuramente……

“Good point is in the really center. but was a bit hard to find it. there is hotel paring, 12 euro per night, room not very spatial, but breakfast is ok.”

“Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”.”

“We had a room with a kitchenette but with no any kitchen ware such as fry pan, plates and forks😭 but the neighborhood is quite and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket. Found mold in the shower area which is really not ok. ”

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, with a moderate walk to nearby attractions. The staff was great, and luggage storage was available, which was very convenient. The AC worked well, and the lobby was lovely. The room itself was fairly average, but overall, I would stay here again.”

“Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.”
