“Room curtains were dirty with blood stains just a little and bathroom wall had some dirty splatter on it tub shower gets water all over the place”

“Toilet was not stable. Paint peeling from bath ceiling. A lot of dust. My wife had to wipe down the entire room. ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“I didn't use the parking area, due to not having a car. The room and area were very quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“A charming venue with a European feel. It’s situated very close to some nice restaurants and a grocery store. I encourage anyone to make a reservation here except bicycle tourists; they were very unwelcoming to me, which put a negative twist to an otherwise very pleasant stay in Long Beach. ”

“Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. ”

“Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal.”
