"The place is very dirty. There were crumbs on the floor in the room, and the shower was not properly cleaned. The elevator entrance was wet and stained with who knows what. I would say bring your own bed and sheets, or stay in your car (even better). "

"When we first arrived we were greeted by the front desk n she was very nice but when we got to our room it stated there were microwaves in the room on the site but it is not…..the A/C vents were filthy but housekeeping did come n clean them…..the tv turns off when you turn the channels…..light went out in the bathroom told the front desk n they never came to change it…..overall stay was ok but they seriously need to upgrade on a few things "

"Hotel was clean and in a good location in West Philly, Ubers/Lyfts/Shuttle was about 15 minutes from Center City. Shuttle was convenient for travel, when available. Indoor pool was nice but cold. Pool towels were half the size of a bath towel. Elevators were hit and miss majority of our stay. Several restaurants and a Target within walking distance and view of hotel. Overall it was a great hotel and I'd stay again!!"

"I'm giving a 3 star because I grabbed a few items from the snack area, walked up to the desk and showed the woman my keycard number so that she could charge my room. There were other guests waiting to check in. She ANNOUNCES my room number. Not very safe in my opinion. I said something to her about showing my room number so i didn't have to say it out loud and she apologized but the damage was done. the front desk really needs to take ALL precautions to keep their guests safe."
