“Pros…location right off the Mass Pike and 10 minutes from downtown Springfield. Looked modern, and was very clean. Staff was nice. Cons…paper thin walls. The guests around us were loud but it was a Saturday night and probably enjoyed some beverages but they weren’t obnoxiously loud, we just heard everything through the walls. Every laugh, every word, and worse every hacking cough. I wish I spent a little more and stayed at the casino. The breakfast was an average chain hotel buffet. Not bad,……

“If you are a parent of autistic children this is not the hotel for you. You can hear everything from the room upstairs which I had no issue with because I don’t complain since I know what it’s like but the manager came to my room and instead of politely asking me what was going on or if she can help me in any way or relocate me if it was needed but she did not do that instead her tone was cold and very dismissive. It’s understandable that noises bother people but I cannot do anything with my……

“Place was awful. Didn't expect much at all, but far worse than I would have ever imagined. I plugged in the air conditioner and the outlet started to smoke Got a new room, should have gotten a different hotel Next room. Air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the knob was broken. Turned on the microwave and blew a fuse. Tv wouldn't work”

“I reserved for a couple nights - would’ve liked to know there would also be a robotics convention at the same time and zero quiet - people running through the halls all hours and even knocking on my walls and door accidentally thinking it was their friends room /// horrible experience!! 50 people at a time in both the “free breakfast” and the pool/ spa - definitely didn’t eat no where to sit crowded and extremely loud from 6am - overall- staff was nice - I wish I stayed somewhere else also……
