Chalet Heights is a very unique newly remodeled Mountain chalet. It is a great place for a couple that just needs to escape to a mountain retreat, but not lose any modern convenieces. You will have very fast Wifi for as many devices as you bring! You will also have a 60" 4k smart tv in the living room, as well as a 70" smart tv in the setting area upstairs. The upstairs master suite offers a spa like experience with your very own private sauna and a large jacuzzi tub with mountain views!

The dumpster is located at the entrance of the subdivision.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Pets!! Any pets will result in a $500 fine. Due to my asthma and severe allergy to animal dander we are unable to accept any type of animal.

**Be mindful of your neighbors and respect quite times after 9pm. Any noise complaint after 10 pm will result in $500 fine.

No Smoking!! smoking anywhere in the Chalet will result in a $500 fine and additional cleaning fees.
