Goose Watch Winery Tours

The property was beautiful. We were disappointed because our room, very pricey, was in the basement or Lower Level. It was considered a Garden View in the Wallcourt Hall. There was no garden. The windows were small and high making it hard to even look out. We saw the bottom of the shrubs. The Inn is very nice and sits on the side of the lake. The food was delicious. We were just disappointed with our room.

The cons: Didn't receive adequate instruction about where our room was located or how to operate the key pad on the door upon check-in. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, shower door couldn't close all the way, noisey at night downstairs, poor wifi connection & tv would just stop streaming. No one available to assist with any needs or questions. Cost too high for the overall experience. The pros: Mostly clean space that felt cozy. Located between 7th & 8th street = couple minutes to walk to the park on 10th street. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Nice enough area.
