“I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. “The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared.”

"I booked this hotel and confirmed, but when I checked in, i was told by the hotel that they dont have a room available. So i was left alone in a strange place at 9pm without dinner. I contacted Hotels.com, and even till now after 48 hours, except by saying sorry, i haven't even received anything meaningful response or refund. I was shocked by such services, wouldn't you imagine there is a policy in place to help travelers in this situation? Oh yeah, perhaps i forgot that it was late at 9pm, so we, as customers, should be more considerate and not to bother hotels.com or the hotel staff?!"
