“Check-in clerk was very good - first words after good evening was “the elevator is not working and gushing with apologies” she was able to find us a first floor room as my wife has major back issues and trouble walking let alone stairs Room was modernized recently and very comfortable. Breakfast was all the normal Hampton food but added chocolate batter to waffle - different Very pleasurable overnight stay but expected to be closer to beach area for the price we paid. Would stay there again……

“This hotel needs a lot of work. I understand it is under new management so hopefully that will help. On the positive side, the staff at the front desk was nice and welcoming. And the location is very good to get to all attractions in South Haven. On the negative side, this hotel feels dated and worn. The rooms were not the cleanest. Also not sure what cleaning solution they use, but it was very strong and not pleasant. Someone mopped the hallway by the elevator and it was an unpleasant,……
