"Service for cleaning room was absolutely horrible floors dirty shower not cleaned cabinet shelves not wiped down and cleaned. Balcony door not locking Thats a safety risk Floors not swept. I HAD TO CLEAN MY ROOM MY SELF SAFETY!!!! AND QUALITY OF CLEANING SHOULD BE A TOP PRIORITY OF Y'ALL BUSINESS FOR SANITARY REASONS "

"Rooms were just ok. Barhroom needs update and good cleanung . Balcony doors don't reduce the noise at all. Was really hard to fall asleep because of all other guest noise on balconies and pool area even at 11pm. Weed smell right outside elevators in hallways. Would not recommend it if you come with kids."

"The pool with the slides was very enjoyable. Being within steps of the ocean was amazing. The walls were very thin and you can hear conversations or the tv clearly from the other rooms. The place overall is a little rundown and could use a refresh. "
