“We stayed at this hotel for an extended weekend and paid extra to upgrade to a suite with an ocean view. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below our expectations, especially given the cost of our stay.
Guests in the room below us were smoking marijuana, and the odor drifted up to our balcony, making it impossible to comfortably sit outside and enjoy the ocean view we had specifically paid extra for.
We contacted the front desk several times to report the issue, but no effective action……
