It was a very central location to our event, and I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the place, and to other places in the Des Moines area. We already plan on booking it for our stay...

"The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder. We had no problems personally. "
