“This small apartment was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit our son in Iowa, where he was interning for the summer. The location was excellent with convenient walking access to Smoky Row Coffee shop (coffee in the morning and ice cream at night....yum!). “This was perfect for our family to attend Drake graduation and have a meal before heading home.”

“Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.”

“This place is great location. We had a nice stay and were able to walk to most things we wanted to do including breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and walking trails. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to rest your head!”

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t……

“Super clean and comfortable!The 3rd bed is actually a super duty raised queen sized air bed with a headboard and built in inflator. Despite my initial doubts, it was no fuss and super comfy- way more comfortable than the pull out couch I expected. Definitely use the video for check in. It makes it a breeze. This is in a large (my perception) condo complex and the video makes finding the garage and apartment simple and easy. Has nice laundry in the apartment. They provide a water filter pitcher……

“Location was good. Place was clean. Check in was easy, great parking. We had a situation with the smoke detector going off in the kitchen when checked in, the host was not able to provide onsite assistance that evening to stop the beeping detector.Would be helpful to have rugs. No mirror in half bath and 2 out of 3 light bulbs we not working. Half dead vine covering up dining room window, broken glass in windows (dining room and attic room). Basement laundry room floor was dirty and old……
