“If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! ”

“Newer apartment complex close to downtown. The space was clean and we felt safe in our surroundings. Positives: It was bigger than the basic hotel and cheaper so we were happy with our stay. Once we found the pool/game room on the 3rd floor, we enjoyed. Appreciated the hangers in the closet and ice trays in the freezer. Cons: No private patio, the couch is actually a futon and uncomfortable, the street parking was about 2 blocks away each night and the TV connection was painfully slow; we ended……

“Was exactly what we needed for the long wrestling weekend. Was so nice to go and have a plaiof our own to recover without the chaos of a hotel. Excellent communication and easy checking in and out. ”

“This stay was one of the worst- especially for using Vrbo for the first time.We had ceiling leaks in four different areas of the apartment. When we messaged the host- they stated they would reach out to maintenance and get back to me.The entire weekend- I didn't hear from the host or anyone to fix the leaks. Vrbo asked if I stayed there or elsewhere? Clearly I already paid for a place- I couldnt just afford to get a different room.Awful. Would not recommend ”

“Not really impressed with this property. The furniture seemed like “staging” furniture. Looks good in picture but in person, run down. The beds were uncomfortable and pushed into corners. One bed did not have a fitted sheet. Only a mattress protector. The couch in the living room is much smaller than it appears and had springs popping up One of the LR chairs arm was wobbly. The vertices blinds were missing the wand so it was difficult to open and close the blinds. There door handle on the……

“Comminication was great! We had a couple little hiccups along the way, but she resolved everything quickly. I also made a couple little suggestions on small amenities that we felt would have made our stay even better. She seemed very open to our suggestions, and vowed to include them in the future. It was a very central location to our event, and I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the place, and to other places in the Des Moines area. We already plan on booking it for our stay……

“Perfect location for downtown food and the Saturday Farmers Market. It is small but everything we needed, more than 2 adults would be tight. Bed was very comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was a food trailer parked outside and ran a very loud generator Friday and Saturday til early morning hours. Not a dealbreaker for us and certainly not the property’s fault, we used headphones to go to sleep. Also be aware there are steps to the unit, again, not an issue for us. Chelsea was prompt with……
