“room clean and staff friendly, no problems except the phone in our room didn't work which was fine. overall i would stay again”

“Very dirty room(a) had to change because first one smelled like rotten food. No breakfast was available. Swimming pool was disgustingly dirty and smelly. Would NEVER stay there again, and would advise folks to stay away.”

“We stayed 3 nights here and would have booked another 2 had we not come back to our hotel room dirty. Our first night we were having issues with the toilet flushing on day three the toilet actually backed up & filled to rim in the middle of the night. We were in the area due to a death. We had to quickly leave in the morning to head out, so we ran by the desk and asked to have new sheets put on one bed due to a child having an accident & we needed a plunger that our toilet was having problems……

“The staff was nice except on the last night of our 7 day stay we ask for a roll of toilet tissue which we never received. The rooms were clean. The only problem We had were the quests above. They were very noisy from around 6:30 in the am until around 4:00 am at night. They were constantly running, jumping, slamming doors etc. The only quiet time was the few hours when they left during the day. This happened every day we were there.Other than that the Hotel was great.”

“I never leave reviews but felt the need to do so this time. Staff was helpful when we got back to our room and the tv would not work. The room worked for us since we were there for a baseball tournament but our room really needed a deep cleaning. They didn’t empty the trash or change out the towels the day before we were to leave. Also the towels were almost threadbare and need replacing. Continental breakfast was very minimal. We stayed here in 2020 and it has gone down drastically in the……

“This was a great space. I was very impressed with the space. The only thing that would have been better would there to have been an iron or steamer. The overall space overshadowed the iron. Very pleased!”

“The clerks at the check-in desk were not helpful nor friendly. Their tone was rude and they were annoyed that I needed items (the TV remote batteries were dead and I also needed towels). Rude staff just makes the stay not enjoyable.”
