“Rufflets was our favorite stay out of five different hotels in the UK. The whole experience was incredible! The staff is so wonderful and welcoming, the bar was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. My family all agrees that this is the one hotel we want to go back to! ”

“The rooms were small but adequate. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the choice at breakfast was good. There was a small amount of parking space at the front of the hotel. It stands at walking distance from the railway station but noise is NOT intrusive.
There were a lot of stairs to the top floor of the hotel. There was a poor flow of water in the shower and the water took a long time to get hot, perhaps because of being on the top floor.
