“大致上乾淨，服務也有禮。（沒有特別超級有禮。）但是洗頭水及沖涼液是環保樽裝，卻沒有補充，只有很少。最後用了自己帶來的。步行至Haymarket火車站近，大約5分鐘。可是 Haymarket附近沒有景點，要行去市中心需要15分鐘。這一區很多酒店，無論住那個酒店也是需要行15分鐘回到市中心景點。”

“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.”

“Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.”

Localização excelente, perto do centro (caminhada de 15 minutos) e com várias linhas de ônibus se precisar. Destaque especial para a equipe, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Não tem restaurante, mas possui uma pequenamcozinha no quarto e muitas opções de cafés e restaurantes nos aredores.”
