"We booked here as we were taking a cruise. The room was comfortable. There are no luggage racked so cases are placed on the floor. This room was a disabled room, with emergency cords to one side of the bed. Saying that, the side with the cord was super narrow to access the bed, there is no way a wheelchair can access that side. No bathroom soaps. It was ok but not polished."

"We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. We will be back ☺️"

Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. Do think car parking should be free though for guests staying at the hotel overnight."

"All good. Swimming pool and associated facilities such as jacuzzi, sauna, steam room too small if lots of guests are using the pool as was the case on Saturday afternoon. "The rooms are all modern with new bathrooms, convenient plug points and superfast WIFI. I stayed in Room 39 on the 1st floor without any issues to report. I'll be back over the next few weeks and have multiple trips booked here - rooms are to a consistently better level than the Hotel & Spa (same chain) situated next to the Lodge - the Lodge is also cheaper :)"
