“Traveling to Salem on the off-season was a great experience for this hotel. There was plenty of parking, even though the parking in the back was small. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was easy to get a hold of through text messaging. I like the digital check in and check out.”

“The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. ”

“There was a lot to like at the hotel Salem. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our only criticism was the room was drafty and very noisy. We were kept up by loud conversations in the hallway and from other rooms. Better sound insulation would be nice”

“There was construction. It was loud, messy and smelled bad. The pool was closed. One elevator was out, so it took a solid 10 minutes to get to a room. The breakfast buffet was good.”
