“We've stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Check-in is usually quick and easy. Several places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. Aldi is about a quarter of a mile if you need a few groceries. Queen rooms are adequate, King rooms are quite large. Be aware that rooms on the north side of the building can be noisy from truck trucks idling overnight at the adjacent truck stop. Breakfast here is STELLAR (except for disappointing coffee) and the breakfast attendant keeps……

“I am trying to get the $100.00 hold on the hotel back. Instead of it being a hold they charged my card the $100.00. I called and was told it would be a week for them to refund what was suppose to be a hold. It is 6 days and so far they have not credited us. We only slept there. There is no reason to charge for damages. No one was around when we left so I just put the keys on the counter at 6 AM. I have never had a hold actually charged before. Now I am fighting to get my hold money back.……

“Booked last minute, just passing through via work - traveling from Florida. The snow started falling about an hour before we got there and that super-hot jet tub was soooo nice! Breakfast was great too! Waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Coffee place next door. Two gas stations within walking distance. Had a last minute reservation, but both the two lamps above the bed had broken wires and just wrapped around the fixture. Also had two tvs on the entertainment center which was different but not much of a problem. Room needs some work but it worked.”

“No pool even though advertised - under “construction”. Room condition was poor, hallways smelled, and the hotel is directly by a truck stop so there were loud semi truck engines all night. No kids programming available on the tv either. I would have left as soon as we checked in and saw no pool, but couldn’t get a refund. ”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“This hotel was ideal. I'm a huge critic and I have zero complaints.The young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. The entire place was so clean, smelled nice, and great breakfast. For a small town this was a gem to find! We travel all around the US and this was one of the best smaller hotels we've stayed in. ”
