“Room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job. However, bathroom was a bit outdated. Elevator waits were too long. It didn't seem like all elevators were in working order. There were sometimes long lines at the front desk. I feel that more front desk staff was needed.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
