“I stayed at this hotel multiple times and loved it, but I think this may be my last time. There was no hot water got cold showers my whole stay, bathroom had a really bad smell of urine, the heat didn’t work so room was freezing, and the outlets were so lose I couldn’t charge anything. For a hotel that’s usually beautiful I was very unsatisfied ”

“Hotel was great but hockey teams kept us up all night and were running all over the hotel. They were running around the lobby and playing hockey in the hall outside of our room! Not impressed. ”

“Kids enjoyed the pool, the gym was ok, had trouble with the wifi it did drop a few times . The lobby was cold but they we doing renovations. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean, but the sink drains slowly and the hairdryer didn't work, looked like it had better days... Overall it was a nice stay”
