“We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see……

“The best part of my stay was Carmen, the cleaning lady. She was wonderful and provided the only positive experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again. The phone in the room did not work, the bathtub was clogged, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided. When I went to request extra towels, I was told they could not provide any until the next day. I called the front desk about the clogged tub, but no one ever came to fix it. When I went to check……
