"Check in was very fast My room was 1037 Big and clean Fast internet Breakfast: Simple but very good. Shrimp and pork dumplings were to die for. I ate 10 of them. All hotel staff was very nice. They called a taxi right away when I needed one. No laundry facilities but the front office was able to locate one for me This hotel is next to the river with great night views of the Oriental Pearl Tower. I had a facial at the Spa. The lady that helped me was very nice. "

"We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. "Prado Hotel Shanghai 3-10 Feb 2019 Reception was ok and quick. As it was Chinese New Year, things seemed rather quiet. The room was somewhat funky as is the general hotel design. The room met expectations and was relatively quiet, though the rubbish truck that came at about 6.00 am was a bit noisy. Good hotel, bad front desk
"Great hotel by itself. Best location, beautiful view from the sky high windows. However, very disappointed with the front desk service at check in. We got the hotel at 3pm, and looked forward to fresh up in the room and getting ready for the night. By it says, we can check in after 2pm. However, after a long wait for only a few people in the line, I’ve been told that the room would not be ready for another hour. The front desk could not do anything to compensate but they would call me once the room was ready. No one called at the end. After dinner, the room was finally ready, but I had to wait for the front desk to check in again, as the system issue."
