There was blood and stains on various parts of the room, like walls, bed, curtains (I took images), there are patches of paint missing on the walls, the smell/odors in the halls and room are nauseating and overwhelming of smoke and other smells. The lady that checked me in & checked me out (about 15 minutes after I checked in) was very nice and patient. Listened to my experience. Been trying to get a status on my refund, Expedia has been calling them and no answer & I’ve been messaging the hotel after they said they would release back my funds and they do not respond. "
