"My shower had a broken handle, there were several non-functioning excercise machines. There was some kind of computer glitch that tacked on 2 extra nights on my stay, though that was caught and wasn’t completed. It was not what I have come to expect from a Hyatt property"

Our room was not super clean when we first arrived granted we arrive before 3pm check in. So they were so kind a switches us to a new room. Overall it was good for the price and area. "
