"We have stayed here at least 3 times while visiting our daughter at UVM. It's clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. It has a tavern to get a bite to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and sound proof. It's reasonably priced and we love the welcome cookie."

"Beautiful old inn in a convenient location. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the Main Street with shops and church steeple and mountains in the background. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that the room was noisy at times. Anyone walking by in the hall on the old creaky floors or talking was well heard i the room. Headboard of bed also on wall abutting the hallway which did not help the noise buffer. Other than that, I would highly recommend this inn."

"The room was good and the bed comfortable but I was expecting the hotel to be more fancy/better looking for the price. The pool and the hot tub water did not look clean so we have not used them and theses amenities were mostly the reason why we selected this hotel. The first floor corridors feels like we are in the underground part of a cruise ship."

"This place is awesome!!! Super friendly staff. Wonderful coffee in the lobby (so much better than having a silly machine in your room). Food in the on-site restaurant, and MANY conversations with people that ENJOY working there... DELIGHTFUL! I was solo for my visit. If they could work on a "breakfast included" option, I'd bring the family everytime!"
