“The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. “I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia.
Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.”
