“This place was really cute and the Dining room was beautiful! The wait staff was really friendly and so was housekeeping. My major complaints with this place that you don’t have one point of contact for anything so it’s a bit frustrating that you have to call several different numbers for items you want/need. Also the ice situation was annoying too. They don’t have a traditional ice machine, but just a freezer on each floor where you can go out and get little bags of ice which was fine, but……

“The hotel was oki but the staff from the lobby are not very friendly only the girl name Mia is the one that is nice the other boy Alex and Adam think no good they don’t say good morning or anything wen the guess come in the lobby to talk to them and wen u are talking to some other workers they get on the conversation they need to lear if you work for customer service….”

“The room still had things from previous person. A sandwich and other things. Could tell it was not cleaned properly.”

“My stay started off poorly with blood on the sheets, and I had to ask staff three times before someone came to change them. There was also no hot water, and the shower had extremely low pressure, making it difficult to shower properly. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the condition and the location of this hotel. Along with, no postive engery from anyone at the bars or restaurants.”

“My daughter & I had an amazing time in The Hemingway condo. Fabulous host communication, Super clean, very comfortable beds, and such a convenient location for our day trips to St. Pete’s, ZooTampa & Clearwater Beach. Our last day we had an evening flight out, we checked out and still utilized the private beach, pool and tiki bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! -Anna P. ”
