"We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were big, cozy and clean. Quiet and dark at night for great sleep. The Peninsula Grill was one of the best meals we had in the entire trip. The staff was attentive and always willing to go above and beyond. The lobby/sitting room was our favorite spot to rest in between sight seeing. Directly across the street from the market and a few steps from King St and a Target! Will be back! "

"This late 19th century building that is now a hotel is one of the top 5 best hotels we've ever stayed in! The room was gorgeous and the staff just wonderful. I can't say enough about the breakfast, as every morning was a delight. We can't wait to book here again when we come back to Charleston!"

"This place is amazing! We felt like we were home! Liberty Place provided us a comfortable living space, which included a bedroom, a livingroom, full kitchen and dining area, a huge bathroom (and a toilet so full of complicated tricks, I expected it to start singing "Yankee Doodle Dandy"!) And a washer and dryer! Everything spic and span. Huge, comfortable bed. It was wonderful. The location was a block away from the symphony concert hall, and also, conveniently located to walk and explore the historic district. Many restaurants close by. The hotel concierge will get you tickets to anything, many at a discount. They are also a great resource for what to visit and see."
