“The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots.”

“I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service.
This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? ”

“首先，这里的view是真的好。
其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。
还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。”
