"5 Stars I stayed at Umbrella Hotel for about a week, and overall, I had a great experience. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t completely happy in the beginning and had some concerns with my room. However, after addressing my concerns with a specific staff member, the situation was handled and the rest of my stay went much more smoothly. One thing I really loved was the location—it was very convenient for me. I also appreciate that they offer smoking room options, because not many hotels offer that anymore. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the area and length of my stay. There are definitely a few things that could be improved. The bathrooms could use some renovations and updates, and I think the hotel could provide better amenities such as higher-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed frames could also use some upgrading. Despite those minor issues, my stay ended up being a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Umbrella Hotel to others. The staff addressed my concerns, the location was great, the prices were good, and I appreciated having the smoking room option. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review We had an amazing stay! This beautiful penthouse was spotless, spacious, and had everything our family needed. It was so nice to find a place that comfortably accommodated our big family, which isn’t always easy. This was our first time visiting New Jersey, and staying here made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was great, the home was exactly as described, and the hosts were responsive and helpful. We especially appreciated their assistance when our car was temporarily blocked—they helped resolve the situation quickly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for helping make our first trip to New Jersey such a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
