I take my son snow tubing every year for his birthday & knowing how short of a walk/drive to the snow tubing place was just the icing on top. "We stayed at this property the week before July 4th, the house had enough space for our group of 18 people, the views of the property and the neighbor's horses were amazing. Even though it was not a pet-friendly home, we had to deal with fleas and what certainly smelled like dog urine on all bed linens on the lower level. Contact with Carolina Cabin Rentals, the property management, was sketchy at best, continually left messages to report damages as we found them, which were numerous, and rarely got a callback if any. The house is well kept with all the ammenitities to make the stay pleasent and comfortable. The rental agreement and accessibility to the house was clear from the beginning. Less than 5 minute drive to Beech Mountain resort made our sky trip all the better. Good"

Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else."
