“Very clean room, quite comfortable king bed, day manager on her own moved us from upstairs room to downstairs after I told her of my wife’s health issues, very thoughtful!!”

“This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”

“The room and property were super clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of food and shopping within minutes of the property. Will definitely stay again.”

“Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable.”

“We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though. The next morning, the shower was frustrating. The glass didn’t keep water off the……

“The property looks sketchy on the outside but it’s a pretty decent property. Nice beds and bathroom. Staff was helpful. Although there is no elevator.”

“Adequate parking, good shower ... also good room temperature control, comfortable bed, good number of tv stations, nice exercise room ( would have liked more than one treadmill), the pool was good. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.”
