“This was an impromptu weekend getaway. My first time to Traverse City. The hotel exceeded expectations. Clean and well staffed. Enjoyed my visit. ”

“I didn't like the service on the rooms as far as toilet paper , facial tissue , and towels. Ihad to call the desk for someclean towels and they left the dirty ones in the bathroom. I also had to go downstairs to the desk for a roll of toilet paper.”
