“Ended up staying here last minute and so glad we did. It turned a bad trip into a lovely vacation. Lots of room for our dog and plenty of shoreline to run around on. Great bike and walking trail that runs nearby. Space for boats and other recreational vehicles. The staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms are clean and well maintained. ”

“Blinds broken and missing pull handle. Had to sleep with light coming thru window. Hallways smelled terribly and the carpets were heavily stained. Pillows were stained, had no pillowcases and were the size of decorative couch pillows. Had to flag down the maid for pillowcases. ”

“The property and grounds are very dirty. The sidewalks and paths have not been washed off or sprayed off in a long time. Very, very dirty such a simple thing to clean. The floor in our room had not even been mopped. There were coffee spills and dirt on it. The coffee maker still had a used coffee packet in. It had not even been cleaned. The only thing in our room that was clean was the bed. The breakfast was pretty good. They were out of eggs so I had to ask them to make more. The dispensers in……

“Only cereal,milk,apple juice,whole place smelt of cigarettes inside and outside,someone opened our door when it was locked , glad we brought our dog . That brings up the topic of outside dog feeces everywhere. Campers in the parking lot people sleeping possibly living there . People slamming doors and stomping all night. I don’t usually write reviews but this was horrible and staff didn’t care .”

“Smelly. Dirty. Sheets clearly unchanged from previous guest. Multiple cockroaches. burnt out lights. Battery missing from smoke detector. Definitely overpriced for poor living conditions. Not enough soap and toiletries. Dirty toilet. Paint falling off. Shower damaged. Clearly extremely neglected. ”
