“I travel a lot and I have to say this was one of the worst hotel stays that I have ever had. I don't know how Hilton allows them too carry their name. Let's start with the fact that they accepted a reservation for a room that they did not have. I brought my Mom on this trip to handle business. She is 81 and disabled. I reserved a handicap accessible room for 4 nights. Upon my arrival, they gave me a regular room. They didn't even have the decency to tell me that the room that I reserved was……

“Extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. The condition of our room did not meet basic hotel standards. There were blood stains, cleanliness issues, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Our private bathroom was also in terrible condition, with the tub/bathroom bubbling and falling apart. The ice machine was broken, and the entrance bathroom we had to use had no toilet paper and a wet floor, creating an unsafe situation. We brought our concerns forward and a supervisor came to……

“This hotel is in need of major upgrades. Our room smelled musty and of stale cigarettes. The carpets were dirty and ripped. The window curtains were ripped. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the sink wouldn't drain. The bed was very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the sheets were clean, and the staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool. Although the price was affordable, I would not recommend the hotel.”

“In my room, there was no hand soap, face soap,body wash or shampoo. Tried calling housekeepers and front desk, but the phone was not working either. Breakfast was terrible, there were just few apples, few cups of yogurt, cereals, milk and that’s it, coffee was old and stale I would not recommend this hotel to anyone”

“The room was very clean, the staff were super helpful when my husband had questions about the parking and the breakfast served in the morning. Wifi was great and the kitchen in our room was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.”
