“Had everything we needed, and location was great! Conveniently located near Albertson’s and WalMart. Owners/management communicated clearly and promptly. Beds were comfy. Place was roomy enough for family to have our own spaces. Nice, quiet area and even with fireworks noise was minimal. Only downside was too few kitchen and bath towels and the home needed some upkeep for general maintenance like burnt lightbulbs, but this did not negatively impact our stay. Would stay there again! ”

“We arrived and the rooms hadn't been cleaned, and towels/sheets were still on the floor. The host wasn't responsive to calls or messages where we provided pictures of the rental's condition. 5 stars to Vrbos customer service who very quickly helped us find alternative housing when the host didn't respond. We received a (very) brief apology from the host the day after, which was the only contact we had with them nearly a day after reaching out for support. We'd definitely use Vrbo again given...
