"Other than the lobby, the hotel needs updated. Carpet in hallways was really stained, corners were torn up from luggage carts and showers are old. Just not what I expect from a Westin. But my room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location felt safe and tons of restaurant options. The steak with the steak and eggs breakfast at The Holy Mackerel was amazing!"

"Great place to stay! The location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants and just one mile from Millennium Park. Subway and bus stations are also nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"If you are lucky you will deal with Adrian, This woman is so helpful she is like a warm hug on a cold day! She came around the counter to help us out with the self check in, informed us about less expensive parking nearby and where to eat. Every organization needs someone like Adrian. She is one of those people who go above and beyond and it's not because she has to it's because that's the way she is."
