“The staff at The Conway Fairfield Inn was beyond friendly and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. It was refreshing to have any and all questions answered with a genuine smile and warmth. Our room and the property were immaculate, the breakfast was great and the pool was nice to use after a long hot day on campus at CCU. We will absolutely stay here again! : )”

“Great location. Under the bed sheet there were yellow stains. During the stay had trouble sleeping due to a dog barking the floor above me. I finally went to the staff and had to tell them about the dog barking in the room. The couch had black marks on it (unknown from what. Went to get the breakfast with family. They stated I need a piece of paper that I should have gotten when i checked in. I told them I did not get one when I check in. They told me to go stand in line up from and get tickets……

“Azure was very good for hotel good. Room was clean and well maintained. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained. Would have liked to have some live music at the pool or in Azure.”

“There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.”

“The traffic at the peak check in horrible They literally decided to direct me into the parking garage for me to fend for myself getting all my luggage in myself as opposed to driving to the check in area for assistance with my luggage; not something I would expect of a resort.it was hot, garage full meaning I would have to Park at an upper level without the assistance of a luggage rack; they need more help and a better system; makes me think twice on whether I will go back to the Hilton; the……
