Recently remodeled space. Huge living room, big dining table, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms w 1 king bed & 4 queen beds along with 3 bathrooms gives ample space for all to enjoy! Includes 2 parking spaces in the garage.

The rooftop is private for you and your guests to use. Unfortunately, the hot tub is NOT available for guests to use.

Gusts have private use of the whole place, but I live nearby and am always available via text for anything you need.

Located on the "Marina Peninsula" neighborhood of Marina del Rey, one of the most sought after locations in LA! Less than 2 blocks to the sand, 3 blocks to the restaurants on Washington Blvd and the Venice Pier.
