Private office workspace. 1 large executive desk with 2 laptop-friendly work stations, 2 captains chairs and a cozy couch (4 seats total) and Ting direct fiber wireless internet. Basic stationary provided. Quiet, joyful environment conducive for focus, innovation and meetings.

Relaxing living room. Large cloud-style couch for unwinding and relaxation. TCL 65" 4-Series Smart TV. Netflix subscription included. Compatible with guest sign-ins: Disney+, Hulu, AppleTV, Amazon prime video, YouTube, HBO Max and more.

Cook's kitchen. LG gas range, new Samsung microwave, KitchenAid dishwasher and full-size fridge with ice maker. Brand new kitchen items: Caraway cookware set, Zojirushi rice cooker, cooking utensils, stainless steel mixing bowl set, strainer set, toaster. Oil and basic spices to season food. Serving dishes, utensils and glassware.

Hot beverage station. Nespresso coffee and espresso maker, electric kettle with tea station. To-go cups so you can transition to work and/or sightseeing.

Brand new in-house laundry. Hi-efficiency Samsung electric washer and dryer in kitchen lends to convenient and joyful laundering.

Extra blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, make-up towels provided.

Eco-friendly comfort options. Nest learning thermostat, new ceiling fans, standing room fan, space heaters, central heat and A/C.

Eco-friendly products. Laundry detergent sheets, plant-based dryer sheets, zero waste dishwasher tablets, zero-waste solid dish soap and brush.

Lush green surrounding garden. Plentiful outdoor space with ficus hedges, citrus trees, grape vines, garden boxes, a peaceful entry water fountain and backyard patio and courtyard fountain. Romantic evening string lights surround the home with warm ambiance.

Brightly lit property provides peace of mind. Driveway and front entrance lights that are scheduled to turn on at dusk are conducive to late evening solo check-ins.

Easy check-out. Turn everything off and lock up.

Main House & Guesthouse. The front main house (Clean energy wi-fi garden home) is accessed from the street. The front yard and bedroom patio belongs to main house guests alone. The guesthouse (Black & Gold Culver Guesthouse) is accessed through the driveway and yellow latched (but unlocked) fence. The guesthouse side patio belongs to guesthouse guests alone. The driveway and back courtyard are shared common areas.

There is private driveway parking available. More to come. I am a new host and working to continually improve the guest experience. There are some bare walls as I am mindfully adding artwork and decorations. My plan is to add warm, friendly textiles and to feature locally-inspired photography of my favorite Culver City spots.

Well-loved house. Please know this is not a new build so you will encounter scratched and discolored floorboards, cracked tiles and older sink faucets. I balance function with aesthetics as I hold a high value of care for our environment. I am on the path of converting appliances and systems from gas to electric to capitalize on clean solar energy, while being mindful to minimize unnecessary waste and harm to the environment.
