“Rooms did not feel clean. Booked a room for my family of 4. Received two bath towels 2 out of 4 of the nights. I was cut off from ordering room service. No bottles of waters were refilled after each cleaning. Food was mediocre. We purchased a day bed by the pool and were cut off from ordering. Service is slow, employees were not friendly as most other resorts I have been to. Overall, I do not recommend this resort.”

“The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”

We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……
