Great stay esp if visiting Harry Potter Studios
"Chose hotel as it was close to Harry Potter Studios. Was not expecting the elegance for the price. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful. Room was decent size and very comfy beds.
We had evening meal and breakfast both of which were delicious. We had an early swim in the morning and pool to ourselves.
Staff were extremely helpful and made you feel welcome.
Will definitely keep this on the go to list when in area again. "
"Room was good. Breakfast was good apart from terrible coffee. Worst check in and checkout experience of any hotel I’ve stayed in. We had pre booked and pre paid but had to type all our details into a pad on the reception desk and accept terms and conditions that were too long to read. When we left instead of just handing in our keys and telling the receptionist our room number we had to type our details again just to get confirmation that we didn’t owe anything. This longwinded and impersonal process deters me from staying there again."
